WHAT IS THE WORKOUT?
At Six4three Hiit Room we are able to create the most effective fat loss and caloric burn in record time, that continues for up to 36 hours after your workout is over. Aerobic cardio, weight training, & circuit training are uniquely combined for the ultimate caloric burn and lean muscle build. This interval concept training session will leave you energized, leaner, stronger, and addicted. Our music fueled 30-40 min sessions will incorporate slam balls, barbells, dumbbells, sandbags, battle ropes, resistance bands, kettlebells, TRX training & much more; to ensure a one-of-a-kind fitness experience.
WHAT IS 643?
Not an area code! When score keeping in baseball, each position is assigned a number. Most commonly you'll hear of a "6-4-3 double play". This involves a play initiated by the Shortstop, to the 2nd baseman, to the 1st baseman. It was a play on Jason's baseball roots (playing shortstop), where he and his wife, Kelly create their own 'double play' with fitness.
DO YOU HAVE A BEGINNERS CLASS?
We do not have a scheduled beginners class. However, all newbies to HIIT will meet with their trainer beforehand to discuss any previous injuries, modifications, and evaluate a solid starting point. Our class sizes cater to our "group energy, with private attention" motto, so no man will be left behind!
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GO?
This answer truly depends on the members starting point, and goals. If you are new to Six4three and HIIT training, 3 days a week is our golden number. If you are an O.G. to HIIT, and are ready to rock, lets get after 5! REGARDLESS of your starting point- LISTEN TO YOUR BODY! Rest and recovery are just as important as the workout for proper physical health!
LIFTING WEIGHTS WON'T MAKE ME BULK?
Listen up ladies!!! Strap that apple watch or fit bit on, and come to a strength day! We guarantee you will see much more activity, sweat, and caloric burn during a strength set, than a cardio set! Not to mention, you're building a foundation of lean muscle, that will boost metabolism and SHRED fat. That boost increases your resting metabolism-AKA still burning calories after you've left! The less fat on top, the more those gorgeous abs will show!
IS IT WEIGHTS EVERYDAY?
MWF are strength days that will target different muscle groups. But because of the nature of the timing (interval training), heart rates will climb and organically challenge your endurance! TThSat are our cardio/core sets. This will leave your lungs worked and bodies DRENCHED. Perfect in between days to get all the lactic acid out from the day before.
HOW DO MEMBERSHIPS WORK?
MAKE THE COMMITMENT TO YOURSELF! This commitment is entirely based on how many times a week you can come in! Depending on your goals, and the kind of relationship you're wanting to have with us, is how you determine which membership level is best for you! The more you commit, the more you save!
CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?
If you commit to a monthly membership series, you are able to suspend. 6 month series are allowed 2 months, & 12 month series are allowed 4 months.
DO YOU OFFER ANY SPECIAL RATES FOR FIRST TIMERS?
We offer a Free 1 Week trial for all of our new local residents! Post trial, all newbies get their first month for $99. Occasionally we will hold special promotions, so we invite you to join our email list, and follow us on social media so you don't miss out!
DO YOU ALLOW WALK INS?
HECK YES! But just a heads-up! Some classes sell out, so booking online ahead of class will ensure your spot!
CAN I BOOK CLASSES ONLINE?
YES! We encourage that behavior! You can do it either online, or download the Mindbody App. Then create an account, purchase your package or free trial, and start reserving your classes! You can reserve up to 7 days in advance and also cancel your classes online!
HOW DO I PAY ONLINE?
Create an account on our site, or on the Mindbody App. Login, add a form of payment, and you're good to go!
DO YOU HAVE CHILDCARE?
We do not have a separate childcare space, or provider. However, we have an adorable little waiting area just a few feet away from your training space, equipped with benches, and a TV for the littles. We love creating a family environment, but can not stress safety enough. To ensure the safety of your children and of others, children are required to stay off of the training space during classes.
HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO WORKOUT?
14yrs and up! But we ask you be accompanied by an adult until the age of 18.
