I promise as a trainer, that you will not have a walk in the park workout. I’m there to push everyone to their limit, make people practice what they suck at, and work until the very last rep. Any kind of workout is a good workout, but the one’s that you truly have to push through are the best.

• Favorite Workout: I get an itch for a strength day that has you shaking in your knees and glutes! Then ending it with a lung burning cardio session.
• Favorite Cheat Meal: Anything from lava cakes, to pizza, to Chinese food. I’m such a big foodie!
