I love the transformative power of exercise, both physically & mentally. As a former division 1 athlete, and overall workout junkie, fitness has always been my way of life. Just like on the field, there is no substitute for hard work in the gym. So every time you walk in, take that chance, to prove to yourself that you are stronger than you think! Push harder, and see how far your body can take you. And when your body feels like its giving up, let your grit take over!

• Music: I think my playlists are a lot like me. A little bit girly. A little bit hood! Any given session, you’ll hear from EDM, Hip Hop, Latino or Alternative!

• Favorite Workout: Hybrids. Give me heavy strength to start. A finish it off with a gnarly metcon. My favorite formats are easily EMOMS and AMRAPS. 

• Favorite Cheat Meal: C'monnnn! Thats tough! Go to cheats would be cereal, french fries, or ice cream.
