Here at SIX4THREE HIIT ROOM we believe in providing a personalized fitness experience that changes the way you view getting in shape. Alternating between quick bouts of intense anaerobic exercise and a less intense aerobic exercise, we are able to create the HIIT sweat. Combining the two together, we are able to create the most effective fat loss and caloric burn in record time, which continues for up to 36 hours after your workout is over.

Designed for the ultimate caloric burn and lean muscle build, this interval concept training session will leave you energized, leaner, stronger, and addicted. Our 30-40 min sessions will incorporate slam balls, dumbbells, sandbags, ropes, resistance bands, TRX training & more; to ensure a one-of-a-kind fitness experience.
